Fair, clear eligibility
Project-credit terms
- The build must be undertaken by OREA Properties for the same customer, property and corresponding designed space.
- Only design fees for spaces included in the commissioned build qualify; eligible fees may be combined.
- The customer must use the same email address and provide the relevant order or invoice references.
- The written OREA build quotation must be accepted within 12 months of the relevant design purchase.
- The credit is deducted from the final build invoice after contractual deposits and interim payments.
- A paid £50 OREA design-capture visit also qualifies as additional credit when the same customer, property and corresponding eligible build proceed with OREA within 12 months of the visit payment; proof of payment and the visit reference are required.
- Credit is not cash-refundable, transferable or redeemable with another contractor.
- OREA availability, service area, site survey, written quotation and separate contract terms apply.
Important distinction
